What to take when evacuating

If you are ever forced to evacuate you better have things ready to go, they probably wont give you much time befor they want you to leave your house and belongings. This can be organized but cant be all in one place. There are just to many things you might use day to day to keep them packed and ready to go.
Here are the things I have comeup with that are important.
Ability to prove what you own
Ability to prove what insurance we are paying for. House, car, life, medical
Have personal medication and medical devices always accessible
Protect irreplaceable paper documents and photos
Ability to access all of our cars
Ability to connect family and friends
Ability to purchase item we don't have with us.
Gather items from around the house quickly.
Prove who you are and where you live.
Protect vehicles from the storm or natural disaster
Ability to re-enter restricted area
Ability to change clothes
